EPD is a 3M-Certified Training Facility, meaning that after passing our three day hands-on training course, you will be eligible to be certified by 3M Company to install 3M Scotchgard^TM Paint Protection Film*. By no means should passing this basic training course be construed as making you an expert. 3M suggests that true proficiency is achieved after successfully installing PPF on 40 cars.

Our three day training course includes:

· Day 1: Classroom training (Lunch included)

· Day 2: Hands-on training conducted by a 3M-certified instructor (Lunch included)

· Day 3: Hands-on training conducted by a 3M-certified instructor (Lunch included)

Students will install pre-cut kits on the following: 2008 Mini Cooper Hood; 2008 Honda Accord Bumper; 2008 Toyota Yaris Bumper; 2008 Honda Ridgeline Front Clip; and 2007 Honda S2000 Hood.

The price is $1,095.00 per participant and class is usually scheduled once a month. Included in your tuition are installation tools, product literature, a roll of 3M auto tint, and 3M-branded apparel. A discounted group rate has been pre-negotiated with the nearby Hilton Garden Inn of White Marsh, MD.

*3M has the final say on who receives certification. Official 3M Scotchgard^TM endorsement on 3M's website is granted after the trainee purchases $2,500.00 of 3M Scotchgard^TM Paint Protection Film and furnishing five paid invoices of customer installations within six (6) months of being trained. You must purchase at least $1,000.00 of 3M Paint Protection Film each quarter to maintain your listing on 3M's website.
